By accessing or using BuzzMi, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.
About BuzzMi
BuzzMi is a brand of GOLD9 HERITAGE, based in Pune. It is an Android app and marketplace that lets fans, brands and businesses discover creators and book paid shoutouts and promotions, mainly on YouTube.
User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You may not share your account or impersonate another person.
Creator Responsibilities
- Creators must provide truthful information about their audience and follower counts.
- Creators must deliver shoutout proof within 72 hours of order payment, unless a shorter timeframe is shown on the order.
- Fake engagement, bots or misleading promotion are not allowed.
Business Responsibilities
- Businesses and brands must provide lawful and accurate campaign information.
- You may not use BuzzMi to promote illegal, misleading or harmful products.
- Payments must be completed before a campaign begins.
Payments and Refunds
- BuzzMi may charge service fees on campaigns and creator payouts.
- Refunds may be issued only if a campaign is not delivered as agreed.
- Completed campaigns are generally non-refundable.
Prohibited Use
- No fraud, spam, fake accounts or abusive behavior.
- No promotion of illegal, adult, harmful or misleading content.
- No attempt to interfere with or damage the BuzzMi platform.
Termination
BuzzMi may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform. You may delete your own account at any time from the BuzzMi app or by following the steps on our account deletion page. After deletion, you lose access to the account; some transaction records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
BuzzMi is not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits or disputes between users beyond the amount paid through the platform.
