Delete Your Account

Delete in the BuzzMi app (fastest)

1. Open BuzzMi and sign in.
2. Go to Profile or Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion starts immediately. You are signed out, and personal profile data is removed.

Or request by email

1. Email us from your registered email, or include your registered phone number.
2. Use subject: Delete My BuzzMi Account.
3. We verify the request and confirm deletion by email.

What gets deleted

• Your BuzzMi profile and account identifiers.
• Linked creator profile details and platform handles.
• App login access, push tokens, and session data.

What may be retained

• Order, payment, payout, and invoice records (amounts, Razorpay IDs, dates) for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and disputes.
• Those records stay linked to an anonymized user id — name, email, and phone are removed.
• Minimal server security logs for a limited period.

Open orders must be finished or cancelled before in-app deletion is allowed.

Deletion timeline

In-app deletion is processed immediately. Email requests are typically completed within 7 business days after verification.
